No refunds, exchange or returns on skin care products and services. All sale is FINAL.

As a courtesy to our patients and staff, it is company policy for all patients to give at least

24 hours’ notice of cancellation by phone. Any cancellations, reschedules, and/or no show given with less than 24 hour’s advance notice are subject to the cancellation fee ($150). No exemption.

All packages purchased are subject to the following terms and conditions. Packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Redemption of packages is required within six months of the purchase date. By purchasing a package, you agree to abide by these terms. Modify MedSpa reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. For any inquiries or assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Our policy on eGift Cards are valid for one year (365 days) and should be redeemed within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. There will be NO refund or credit back.
If you are the recipient of a donated eGift card and do not call to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your spa treatment and eGift Card will be forfeited.
